We proudly serve as the premier choice for affordable housing for seniors and disabled individuals, offering high-quality living in a tranquil and comfortable setting.

The Pinemont Apartments feature studio, one, and two-bedroom units, along with specially designed apartments tailored for the physically disabled. Our property boasts access-controlled gates, picturesque garden patio areas, resident vegetable gardens, laundry facilities, and a community room equipped with a library, large-screen television, and online computer access. Each of our four three-story buildings is equipped with elevators, valet garbage pick-up twice a week, and private patios with additional storage areas in each apartment. Cable television hook-ups and in-sink garbage disposals add to the convenience. A monthly newsletter and calendar keep residents informed about various activities and events.
